I know some of you have the Pig lures and don't use them much. Not sure why but I see on eBay they are going for a decent price. Seems some guys like them again Just letting you know so you can sell them if you have them and make some $$$ for the shows coming up. Funny too as I watched some Pigs 3 months ago and they went for near nothing???

In cold water like winter and early spring suspending pig jr is one of the best baits ever , slow retrive and some gentle taps with the rod and long pauses .

The Pig Jr was a killer canadian pike bait for me. Caught some real slobs and lost the biggest pike I have ever seen on the big Pig.

We made the original mass production version in Europe from wood. The bait was designed by a Zimbabwean called Dave Scarff who lived in England. He sold the rights to it in the US to Odyssey. I have a bunch of 7 1/2" wood Pigs still in the UK and the Swedish guys can get through Lundgrens in Stockholm. I did hear that CWC bought the rights to the Pig range (again the Swedish guys will know of them). Reps from Lundgrens (PA Hogberg on the Fishing Pool booth) and probably CWC will be in Chicago for the show. The smaller 6" versions are also available but in different colours, we also add a Surfster lip which makes the bait have a terrific, wobblin, shallow diving action.

Are yo referring to the Ace wood "pig"? I got some, will take pictures if anyone is interested?

Yes the new Pig is manufactured threw CWC now, they also got the rights for the Manta. You can check them out here:

Kjelle Lunberg (manufacturer of the Stalker Jerk) is panting the Pigs for CWC now...
