Just thought I would share a picture of my latest creation which I just completed. It seems that fall is the time for bigger baits. These will be available in solid, jointed and triple jointed. Also with and without a rattle chamber. All comments are welcome.

Well I got a few done and on their way to Canada. Not even one comment. I decided to show a few finished ones. Also I have a double rattle chamber in a few for extra noise. All comments welcome.

These baits are shallow diving. If worked slow they can be used as a topwater and worked normal retreive they will go approx 1-3 feet. I only have these out a few weeks and so far haven't tried trolling these yet. The smaller vesion of this bait does about the same but some guys trolled them at 3.8-4.0 mph and told me they went down about 8-9 feet. I'm assuming the same for this version but not positive yet. Thank you for your interest in my baits. Ken Schmitz

Hey guys, just got an email from the guys in Canada that bought 6 of these Monster MuskieBurgers and one of the guys got a nice 47 incher on the black & white jointed model. They named this color scheme the SKUNK and said it works great. I'm really pumped as I think this will be a good bait.

Well when they told me bigger is better I came out with the Monster MuskieBurger. Then I'm told they don't always like big baits so I came up with the two newest and smallest baits. The Mini MuskieBurger and the Baby MuskieBurger. Also I will show a comparison picture of the different sizes.

How far into the body do you insert the lexian lip? Do you make your own lips or buy them?

Hey there, if you look at the photos of the baits I would say the lips are in about 1/4 of the dia of the baits. They are epoxied in and I haven't had any fail. A few of the guys that tested these for me in a river said they held up incrediblely well. Yes these lips are made form lexan and I do make them myself. Thanks for looking at my baits. Ken

Hi there, just finished up the first small batch of the newest member of the MuskieBurger family of handcrafted Muskie baits. Let me know what you think of these. A guide tested one of these on Green Bay and said they troll well. Thats what I wanted to hear. All comments are welcome as this is the only way I can improve my baits. Thanks Steve for your sugguestion not to dress the rear trebles, especially on smaller baits as it affects the action. So lets hear some comments. Thanks for taking the time to look at my baits. Hey Ken,

I did shoot some more footage of your Magnum MuskieBurger with hopes of getting you a strike. My time is running out with nights in the single digits. I plan on filming all weekend because it may be the end of 08'.
