depends on how much line you got out, how fast or slow you are moving, if you are using weight in front of it, etc...

You can put that bait at any depth from just under the surface to 20+ feet down

Can't speak for Fisher but I'd assume he meant standard speeds ~3-4mph, w/ 30-50' of line out. From there we can figure out how deep at various speeds and w/ weight added.

I am going to be using 80 lbs tuff line
Trolling 3 to 4 mph and trying to target the 8 to 12 foot depth and can add weight if needed.
