| I have been getting alot of small dots or small vertical lines all over the screen on my sonar. what do I have to do to get rid of them? I have my power wire ran to my starting battery and it probaly is kind of close to my transducer wire but not right next to it. Should I have run some sort of shielded power wire? |

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Do you have any other locators in the boat that are running? These dots and vertical lines are due to some kind of other electronic interference within the boat. |

| no just the one unit at the console, tranducer on transom. Power wire runs from starting battery, to a switch,then to the unit. No other things running other than my motor. All the wiring for the console and sonar run up the right side of the boat behind a panel. |
