Subject: Epoxy on holo finish

Here is a question for you tackle masters. I have an 8" Jake with a holo finish. The holo is peeling off. I glued it, but there are loose ends. I was advised to apply epoxy to the lure. (To seal it?) I need to know over what surfaces I should apply the epoxy? Just the loose ends? All holo edges? The whole holo finish?
Thank you for any help.

I am a rookie to baitmaking, (but for my .02 cents) I applied epoxy to a grandma holo that was peeling and it has worked so far.
