Reelwise does a good job! I ahve used WTP in the past for some work too. THey can do specifica cutout sfor holographic lures and some other cool stuff.

Here's a decal for you,but you wont get one.My local sign/graphic business put this together for me.Only the white is sticker on the back window of my tow rig and is about 22" wide.At least I can say I have the only one in the world.

Not sure if you found anyone for your decals yet. I would definitely recommend Brandyn Shepherd from www.muskylink.com I'm sure he could do what ever it is you want.
