After I install it in the dash do I just "T" into the water line going to the pee hole
and run a tube to the guage or is there more to it than that? Do the teleflex guage
kits come with the necessary tubing or do I have to buy it separately and where do
I get it? Thanks fellows.

Hello,

I am guessing there should be a bolt that is removed from the water jacket that will then receive a new bolt that has a fitting for the water tube to go on....at least that is the way it worked on my motor. It should be something like that.

This is the first decent info I've gotten on this. The guy at the local boat dealership
parts counter didn't know. Will I have to order this part from a Johnson dealer?
I raised my engine a bolt hole to try gain back some RPM lost during a prop change and I don't want to have water pressure issues and not know it. The motor was mounted as low as it would go on the back of a Lowe 170 Bass Striker
and I can't see raising it 3/4 of an inch causing a problem but I don't like leaving
things to chance.
