Best settings for the OutdoorsFIRST website:

Moviemaker
Capture or import the video, edit from the timeline. Split the clip on both sides in the timeline when you want to remove a portion, and use 'fade' as a transition between scenes. When ready to save the video to your hard drive or other storage media, select High Quality Video, Large from the drop down menu

Open upload.outdoorsfirst.com
Click on Upload
Fill out the menu, and select the middle option for the video size...400X300, upload.

John, Feel free to give me a emai/call if you want and I can walk you through how I did mine. Mine are by no means perfect but I have the clipping down and adding pictures, titiles, etc....
