Location: Milwaukee | We just got back from the Big Chip. Muskie action was so-so. My son did get his PB, a 45 3/4 on a chartruse bucktail. Three other guys saw or hooked fish on bucktails as well, Orange and orange, and Black with a floro green blade. Action was on Flemings, Popple, and near Weiner Island.
Off the weed edges, as usual.
Good Luck!

Thanks. |

Location: Richland Center, WI. | Thanks for the reply Dewman. Flemings is right by the campground and Weiner Island is a place we cast also. Will be sure to give them a try. Thanks also for the colors.

Location: Richland Center, WI. | Got back from the Chip last night. Had one upper 30's musky on but lost at the boat. This was on south side of Weiner Island on Orange/Orange bucktail (thanks Dewman) Had a blowup on a black Pacemaker at dusk at Eagle Nest Island also. Other than that, lots of bluegills in the shallows and bass, both largemouth and smallmouth. Good week to be on the water.

Location: Richland Center, WI. | Not really busy at all! A few jet skis and people in bigger boats pulling tubes but had no problem finding places to fish. Lots of water and I think the high gas prices kept some people home.
