I wasn't going to say where, but then it probably wouldn't be that hard to figure out...
I took the family up to Pineview for a bit of fishing before the crowds of the holiday weekend ruin the place. It was a hot, calm and sunny day - perfect for muskies ya know. We hadn't been on the water for 10 minutes when a 34 incher smashed my Heavy Perka. Nik got the nod for netting duties (gotta learn sometime, right?) and deftly netted it twice...yeah, it swam in and back out then I led it back in again!

A couple of bait changes for Lisa and a beautiful 33" fish ate her Bobbie bait. I think it was the first time since the boys have been born that they allowed her to fish for more than 7 or 8 casts and she made the most of it. We had a lot of lookers and a couple fish swing and miss gliders. It was a fun day to be on the water.
The reservoir is still nearly full, but starting to drop just a bit now. Water temps in the mid-70s and clarity still good (aside from the turbidity caused by boat traffic).

S.

Cool! The Ladies are doing well on the water this week.

Now I'm going to the Indain Point Camp Fish fry.

Nice job Lisa.

Always good to get that seven year itch out of the way.

Congrats to Mrs. Sorno. Let her land a few more and next year you'll get out of going to Disney.

Congrats on the fish! Hopefully it won't be another 7 years before she catches another one!

Nice work there kids. Sorno, that's a heck of a batting average she has then. Who says muskies are tough to catch in Utah.
