Deer Lake sports just told me they had customers out there yesterday and it was still open. My guess is it wont be too bad getting out there this weekend. Wawhoo!

Any other reports would be good though.

ALOT of water turned hard last night. Most small lakes are froze, including the river. Bone had ice 300' out @ the north launch. I will be breaking ice on the south launch in the A.M. It is supposed to get down to 6 tonight, Deer may be tricky tomorrow. Hope this helps. I have an open seat mid morning till dark. Anyone feel free to send a p.m. if they want to jump in.

Deer is done. We found 1.25-1.5" of ice about 200 yards out at the landing. We drove around the lake to see if it was worth breaking and there is ice along alot of the shore line and between the two points so we figured it wasn't worth it. Hope you did well on Bone.
