I just had a question on the navionic chips. do you have to be on a lake to look up its contours, or can you do that at your house, or anywhere for that matter? i have a lowrance 520c, and haven't tried any of my premium hotmaps, so i know nothing about them.

thanks

Dave

Just move the "crosshairs" to the lake to view or put in the the latitude & longitude and ask it to find that spot on the map.
