Location: NYC (and many weeks in MN during summer) | anyone know if shimano makes a power handle for the Calcutta 250 TE DC? If so, who would have that?
Also, I am interested in shimano's Torsa for throwing big bladed baits. Other than the obvious lack of a levelwind and its price, why isn't this the ultimate Muskie reel. From my experience, people burn through the gears of $200 reels all the time. If nothing else, the torsa will outlive me.
Thoughts?

Location: Latitude 41.3016 Longitude 88.6160 | U can get a 90mm Bassart handle and use the stock paddles or Stuido Ocean Mark makes a power handle for the 250 dc. The stock handle is 85mm long.

| For me, the weight would be one issue. About 30oz for the Torsa as opposed to around 13oz for my 400TE. The other is cost, pushing $700 for the Torsa. |

Location: Hugo, MN | The Torsa is also a lever drag, which is tough to use for musky fishing. The Trinidad is a better reel for musky fishing with the star drag. It is also a lot lighter and more affordable, while still being built like a tank. If it had a levelwind, and came in a lower gear ratio, it would be the ultimate musky reel...imo.
