I ended up installing the Ram to the floor with this model, worked pretty good, just had to make up a piece of stainless pipe. Installing it to the side fiberglass may have been ok but I did not want to take any chances.... Now to test it on the trip to Eagle River tommorrow for opening weekend.

It is a Terrova, but as far as I know the ram mounts will work on any trolling motor, there is a ball mount that is attached to the top of the trolling motor shaft with a hose clamp and this is what the ram mount connects to.
