Location: Stevens Point, WI | Water is still high on the WI River around here, but is starting to lower making boat control a bit easier. I boated two fish on Tuesday under 24", these are by far the two smallest fish I have caught on the WI River. I was actually glad to see these smaller fish and knowing there are some upcoming year classes. I had one other mid-30's follow that went around about four times on the eight. This all came on a Chart/Orange Rad Dog. This action also occured within a half hour of moon rise and they were very tight to dead-falls adjacent to high current areas.
Let's hear how my fellow rats are faring in WI and everywhere else where the water never stands still. |
