Pacemakers are now made from plastic ??
Are they Solid or Hollow ?? Lighter Heavier ?
Anyone used or tested ??
Why the change ?? Improve Bait, Performance, Durability - Cost / Production Issues.
Wood ones have been very productive baits.
Just Courious !!

| more durability...through wire still. you can really move these in and they dont roll over like the wood ones. i think ty did a great job with these. |

Location: Hayward, WI | From what I hear they are at least just as good. Sometimes wood is cool because you can show how scarred up the bait gets from catching fish, but these plastic baits should catch just as many fish and hold up very well doing it. I don't really need another Pacemaker but am tempted to get one just tp try it out.

Location: Land of the Musky | I like making wood baits but plastic gives a better overall lure for durability, consistency, ~20% better price, etc. I still like making wood lures with metal lips though. I have a few lures I made for my kids to pass down to them. All are made from and will be made from wood. Just something about da wood lures. |
