What prop would you recommend for a 225 E-Tec HO. I have a Ranger 620. I have no clue about props I have been running what the dealer propped it with. I have no complaints, but really would not know what to complain about. My prop is dinged a bit and I am considering buying a new one. I currently have a ss 4 blade w/ I believe 23 pitch. I am turning 4800- 5000 rpm at wot - up to top speed 54-55 mph. On the web site it states rpm range of 4500 -5800. Is my goal the upper end of this range or firmly in the middle like I am now? Any ideas as I am curious as to what others are running. Thanks.

I have the same exact rig and I have a 22 raker. Depends on my load but 2 guys and a bunch of muskie tackle, 57 to 59 mph and 5700 to 5800 rpm. Full fuel no tackle me and my 2 sons 60 to 62 mph but pushing 6000 rpm but I can also adjust with the hydraulic jack plate.
