On the motor there is this shock thing. I think it kinda must make the motor stay straight if you let go of the tiller handle. It has leaked all the grease out and it makes it hard to turn the motor. it looks like a shock with an arm that hooks on to tiller handle. It is on a Mariner 50 horse on a Tuffy Esox. Just wondering if there is way to fix or where I could get a new one, or if it was o.k. to just disconnect?
