Subject: solunar tables ?????

I recently bought John aldens knights solunar table 2008. And I am trying to figure out if I am reading this thing correct? It says to add a hour for daylight savings time and 15 min for being in Minnesota. Does anyone have this book and am I reading it right?? Sorry for the dumb question but I want to make sure I am reading this right.. thanks!!

Casio sells a pretty amazing "Pathfinder" watch (Model 2632) that caculates the current moon age, phase, and transit for the current date in relation to your location. All data that helps identify the most likely times of fish and game activity.

In more detail....You must first enter your lat/long to inform the watch of your location. Then, the watch will tell you the moon is at its highest point (upper transit), lowest point (lower transit), furthest point to the east (east transit) and furthest point to the west (west transit). It tells you moon phase, sunrise and sunset times, and actually estimates the quality of the fishing at each transit based on where you are in time in relation to the day of the new moon, full moon, first quarter and last quarter. You can even calculate all of this data for future dates, which may be helpful in planning a trip, or, identifying peak times within a trip that is already scheduled. You can even set the watch to provide an audio or vibrating alarm when each of the 4 peak times roll around. You can enter up to 40 time memos to track of how many fish you catch as well as the date, time and moon phase. It has a stopwatch. The adjustable backlighting is cool, too, you can set it to light up when you turn your wrist up toward your face, or, you can set it to only light when you press a certain button. It is suppose to be good not just for fishing, but also hunting.

Theeds turned me onto the watch, I bought mine at wallmart for like $40. Pretty amazing, huh? I think it's helped me a lot.

If you have the latitude and longitude you can create your own here. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

You can use google earth to get the exact coordinates of your location on the woods, if you don't have something close by in your GPS.
