Random quote: After about a half-mile the fella stopped and stooped over, with his hands on his thigh's to catch his breath, and the Game Warden finally caught up to him."Let's see yer fishin' license, boy," the Warden gasped.

Cut out these blanks a few years ago and finally finished them off. A few cans of spray paint, some glitter, a sponge and epoxy top coat. The crappie has foil scales underneath the paint. The baits are about 7 1/2'' and 5 & 6oz. One's a slow rise, one's a sinker. Haven't tested out the crappie (sinker) have a few more top coats to finish it off.

Nice looking baits, especially with rattle cans! Should be good to go!

The crappie finish looks great. Can't wait to see them in the water.

Thanks guys for the comments. Here's a couple of the pics I redid of the crappie. The foil I used was from a cigarette pack which I think looks pretty neat. Can't wait to try it out this weekend.
