| Ill be on lake "X" respectfully a 1/2 hour drive and will be back sunday to refish this lake.Im guessing with the cold temps and high water ill be soaking suckers all day and casting slow twitch baits or gliders,be a week or two before ill throw spinners. |

| Jason that deep v is so deep I was fishing up all day. lol I will be on my pond both days draging suckers with homade quickstrike rigs. Should be good for a couple if im lucky. I wont book the opener thats my weekend. A family weekend,me and my brothers. If its nice the kids also. Good luck all!!! |

| I'll probably be on one of the Madison Chain of Lakes. Probably either Wingra or Monona depending on the weather.
Anyone got any hot baits that they do well with on either of these two lakes?

| I'll be out on my land in Vernon County working on deer hunting stuff and fishing the Mississippi River. It will be very 'uncrowded' starting this weekend. The fish haven't left, just the fishermen.
Any metro fishing, I'll wait til mid week.

| It will be a zoo as usual. Unless it rains like a bitch. The launching will be the worst part of it. So many people and only three launches. The west end is the best for parking. The east end has almost no parking and smokies west will be full all day. Good luck, pray for rain. |
