Some of the resorts have boats, but I believe only for their guests. I think the only boat rental place actually on the Cisco Chain is McCormicks Cisco Chain Marina. Not sure if they rent any fish/ski boats or just aluminum fishing boats with small tillers. Call them at 715 547 3761.

Another great, fairly close place is Boulder Marine in Boulder Junction. Their phone number is 715 385 2177. They are really good people. It is only about a twenty minute ride from Palmer Lake Road on the west side of the Chain.

Good luck. It is a great place to vacation with the family! Not as much traffic as Eagle Chain and GREAT fishing!

Your other option is to give Heckel's Marina a call. They will for sure have what your looking for. They have like 80 or so different rentals total. But they can also deliver and also pick it up at the end of the week if you'd like. But you can pick it up in Eagle River from them and take it with you if you'd rather do that.

Give Haskel a call, he is the rental manager. He'll be able to fill you in on anything you need. You can also rent skis, tube, and a wakeboard if you'd like. Make sure you inquire about it. If you rent the boat for multiple days, they usually include a pair of skis, tube or wakeboard. Here is the number: 800-432-5357

Here is the link.
