The second big tiger is from Central PA, from a lake called Holman Lake (Little Buffalo State Park). I fished this lake a number of times when I lived in Muncy, PA, and I saw a couple of real beauties follow my lures, but never actually hooked up with a musky there. The lake is stocked annually with 500 tigers a year, and it is also stocked heavily with trout, which explains the girth and health of this fish. The fish in the photo was captured by the PA Fish Commission in April of '04 during a spring sampling of the lake. Thanks!

Isn't it too bad that Indiana quit the Hybrid program and Neither of the two Indiana clubs would support purchasing them from Minnesota Muskie Farm to at least maintain some population of tigers

Jed the fish was caught on Merwin Lake, and was caught on Sept. 18, 2005.
