With the Wisconsin openner slowly approaching, I plan to to everything that I can to catch more muskies this year. Thanks in part to the advice that I have received on various message boards, I plan on fishing with suckers on day #1. One of the good things about the regulations here in Wisconsin is that I can soak a sucker and cast at the same time (I believe that there is a 3 line per person rule..).

Nearly all of the people I have talked to have said use a quick strike rig over a single hook. The problem that I see is that there are quite a few different types of 'quick strike rigs' out there. Herbie rigs, Buchers, the infamous "Made them myself" ones...

Basicly what I would like to know is which set up would you recommend.

Thanks

Tony

Wolverine Tackle makes good ones as well as the Maina Lift Off Rigs. The Wolverine ones offer extra blades for different color combos.
