I got a Iwata bottom feed air brush for a gift and am having trouble with it constantly getting blocked up after I use it. I use airbrush cleaner and spay it through the until not paint comes out but the next time I come to use it the thing is clogged and no paint comes out. I have taken the thing apart and have tried to clean it to the best of my knowledge but it is ALWAYS clogged the next day.

Can you guys help?

Have you opened it, is there inside still paint?
Have you tried other cleaner? Maybe that "airbrush cleaner", which you use, is not right for your paints.

I use to spray urethanes through an Iwata and always cleaned with Urethane reducer by spray through. Generally had the same brob as you so I would spray reducer through first when I would get started because it seems no matter how much you spray through there will still be some residue.......................

I don't know what kind of paint you use. Obviously you still have paint remnants in your gun. Make sure when you clean it that the needle and tip are perfectly clear. Since you have a bottom feed brush, keep a water or cleaner source near you and submerge your feed in the water and shoot until it is clear. After I clean my gun, I use super lube made by iwata to lube my needle and the tip, keeps everything moving smoothly and keeps the paint from drying on the tip. When you go to use it the next time always spray some cleaner through before you add paint.

I love my iwata.
I use Createx auto air for paint. For clean-up, I run window cleaner through my brush, but it still needs to be taken apart every so often, and given a thourough cleaning.
Hope this helps!

If you ever buy another brush get one with the cup on top. The gravity feed brush I have now has been far less problematic than the several siphon feed brushes I owned before it.
