I am a dutch angler that fishes for pike in the Dutch waters across the atlantic. I am looking for a good place on the internet to buy american crankbait and gliders. I hope you have any suggestion. Which website has the biggest collection and where can I find good bargain deals?
Also, does anyone have an idea how much it would cost to ship some lures my way?
I am also interested in the 2nd hand lures offered on this forum. Many american lures are hard to come by.
Maybe a trading with dutch lures can be arranged?

This is likely to give you some good reliable feedback as it's from those buying from overseas. Most on this site don't have that first hand experience.
As far as shipping costs...that can and will vary greatly from retailer to retailer. You're best off to contact them individually prior to ordering to get a better idea.

I have bought quite a few baits from the states and had them shipped over here to the UK. Here is a small selection of sites I can personally recommend. These are just a few that come instantly to mind, there are plenty of others too.

Location: Land of the Musky | I ship overseas everyday from my eBay store and websites. Got four to Canada, one to UK, one to Netherlands and one to France right beside me... Just an FYI if you want to get lures shipped overseas.... Get as many from one seller/website/store as will fit into a flat rate box. Find buddies and buy a lot. Your first lure is the most expensive for shipping overseas. If you go over 4lbs you have to go Priority International. Much faster though adn safer. I have never lost a Priority package yet! FYI-The USPS will have a new 2x bigger flat rate International box in March. I have one of the "show" boxes from my USPS office and they are nice and big. Can't wait for them to go live. For you online stores reading this you can get them now if you call the 800 USPS number for supplies. You can't get them yet online through the supply store until March. I have not gotten mine yet but they told me they were in stock and mine were to go out ASAP last week. Hope that helps.

Location: Freedom, WI | I ship to the Netherlands fairly often and cost to send about 2 lures postal is about $10 US. I just charge the exact cost when shipping, some people add a handling charge also. |
