Daggone dude!!!! They have been here for as long as anyone can remember...used to sit in there at 3:00a.m. + watch the doughnuts roll off the machine...then we'd go out + wake up our dates + make them walk home.....life REALLY BITES up that way eh!?[;)] [:sun:]

I was listening to the commentary on 93.7 this morning, they said they saw a lady with her stroller chocked full of donuts, dragging her kid behind her, there was no room for the kid to sit. Sheesh, must be good donuts.[] []

Happy: When we do our trips to Canada this year, I'll expect you to bring enough fresh krispy kreme donuts for the camp. Glad you volunteered!.[:p]

I think since Happy Hooker was so nice to bring this information to all of us on the board, he should bring us all donuts in the morning.

Happy Hooker, Watchout those things can become addictive, a few years ago they open one up on my way to work, and my waistline proves what can happen. Get A Big One, Al[]

Those addicting little circles of dough/sugar are EXTREMELY good when first made...kids have been selling them for yrs + they are good fund raisers too. They had an article in the paper last yr stating they were expanding to other states...guess they weren't kidding![:sun:]

Cady is in big trouble with Krispy Kreme being only a stones throw from his house.

We had some on the way down to Kentucky and I must say, they are very good.

Looks like when we are making Shady Tails in his basement we can forget the pizza ... bring on the Krispy Kremes =O)

Happy Hooker:

I have a present for you! I have; for your very own, to keep and to cherish, a one of a kind Krispy Kreme donuts hat!! Just like they wear behind the counter. Looks just like those old fashioned hot dog stand hats. It even has YOUR! name on it. It says, "Happy Hooker eats Krispy Kreme donuts." [:0] [;)] [:p] I'll give it to you at the next meeting. When you get into Canada, stop at the Tim Horton's. You will forget all about Krispy's, Dunkin Donuts, White Hen Pantry or any others.

The name "Krispy Kreme" is legendary BUT...to the simple minded it can also present a most ironic problem...the original product is neither crispy nor cream filled...they are soft + if you tried to put cream in the center, it would fall out of the hole in the middle...the neat thing is that there is no top or bottom to them as they look alike upside down or right side up...much like lemmings that plunge over cliffs in mass migration, peeps spill through the door falling over one another in an effort to be the first ones to procure the freshest little circular fat filled sugary dough balls...as the poundage increases you begin to become irritable + to lash out at others...before you know it you are taking a whole dozen ofthese little "sugar crack crystals" + making them into a ball...held between your arms you consume the entire dozen while watching the morning news...my advice is to stay away, if you can't seek help!![:sun:]
