Location: Lake Geneva, WI | I was wondering if line color makes a difference? I saw that power pro has three different colors for their braided line, green, red and yellow. Do most people go with the green? Does it matter? Thanks.

Posts: 375 | ...i hear the spiderwire invisi-braid is great for line watching also being white yet less visible underwater...i've been using green power pro but i think i may switch to the invisi this season unless i hear bad comments about it... stan

Posts: 2687 Location: Hayward, WI | I think the only difference line color makes is how easy it is for YOU to see. With the baits and leaders musky fisherman use, I don't think the fish seeing or not seeing the line makes a difference. If you want a Hi-vis line for working jigs or whatever, use that. For the most part, I just like the 'look' of gree or brown lines. But in the grand scheme of things, I use the line I like using the most, and whatever color it is, is what it is. curleytail
