I had it bad. Had several shots of cortisone shots and it helped for awhile. What really helped was the chiropractor. I told him I had it and was due for another shot. He treated it 3 times in about 10 day span and it was gone for 2 years. Just started in again and I'll be seeing him befor I make 1 cast.
