Posts: 605 Location: Marshfield, WI | I also like the holo walleye and sucker. I haven't caught any on the holo walleye but lost a 42". The fish threw the bait about 30' from the boat and I had to duck to avoid taking a dawg to the head.

Location: Lake Tomahawk, WI | One of the odd-ball things we've seen up here (Vilas) is the changing of hot colors from year to year which includes all lure types. Lijewski is designing some colors for Innovations which should be dynamite, and we're looking forward to seeing them in action. That said, year in year out our best color is the walleye/cream belly. Posts: 457 | I'm in the same boat as Pointer. I get along with dawgs about as well as clorox and ammonia. I've caught one fish on a dawg, it was about a 35lb flathead. That was on a chart/orange tail spring dawg.
