Subject: Lake of Woods In August

Going back to Lake of the Woods Ontario in a week. I need advice I usually do real good in July (probally easier fishing), but the couple of times I have gone in August before the success ratio has gone down. So any suggestions, maybe night fishing, etc.?[:sun:]

I will be in the central part near Dawson Island, Basil Channel and Painted Rock Channel.

I, too, have this same question. I will be fishing around Astron bay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
