Location: Oconto Falls, WI | Salmo in the Whitefish style. I don't know the color, bit it's the one that is more of a yellowish color. Great on smallmouth too. Also like the crane bait in the brown and white, but don't fish with it anymore because they just don't hold up. |

Location: Black Creek, WI | I'm a Shallowraider guy for classic twitchin' and a big 10" Jake guy when it comes to rippin'. Give me something with silver chrome flash and anything with Chartruese and I'll be happy for colors.
I love wood baits too like the Crane and Slammer... but me AND the fish are too abusive on them and I now favor plastic stuff for durability.
If Bucher Tackle ever makes a 10" Shallowraider... I'll be in heaven. |

| The Bucher Baby ShallowRaider in perch has been by far my most productive with Miller perch close behind.

Location: oswego, il | I love my zalts. Man do they twitch great. The ones mentioned above are good. I can't wait to try the new widowmaker twitch/jerk bait and I bought some grease lures in the large size, the small ones have produced for me. Another great bait is the lip ripper. Awesome action on this bait, great roll.

| I like quite a few brands, depending on time of year. The old 6" grandmas and jakes work well early in the season. I throw cranes, slammers, jakes but most of all bucher shallow raiders. They are easy to move threw the water and you can make them dance and roll. I agree with jlong, a 9" 0r 10" shallow raider would be awesome! |

| I love the AC Shiners (model 675) which is basically a Rapala on steroids.They can be weighted and modified in a number of ways.I also like the Big Game twitch baits.They are similar to a Crane with fancy paintjobs.Can't forget the TR Twitcher though. A great bait.I use the 7" all season.So many lures, so little time! Colors are typically natural patterns like perch,walleye and some sucker/shiner finish. Steve |

Location: Black Creek, WI | Yah, I love the TR Twitcher too. However, it is one of those baits that can be worked in kazillion different ways. I sweep the TR Twitcher rather than twitch it... so I guess in my book (or boat?) I consider it more of a jerkbait.

Location: Belgium | the TR is a quality bait! I haven't caught on it yet but I'm confident I will this season. I only started using them at the end of last year's season.
For twitching I use the slammers, straight model shallowraiders (7") and some other crankbaits that aren't labelled as being twitchbaits |

| In addition to the other fine baits mentioned I've had some success using the 5" Yo-Zuri Crystal Minnow especially in pressured situations. Has a great erratic action. |
