to everyone that came out to help us.Lineman,Electric Coop.,Tree trimmers from five states as far as Ohio.People are still in the dark here in Missouri as well as Oklahoma. My community missed the brunt of the storm, but we had our share of sitting in the dark for over a week(some over two) in our last Ice Storm in January. Now these people are faced with a snow storm predicted for our area this weekend and may not see power for???Im sure someone on here knows somebody who came down to help us out. Please send out a thank you.......Fred.

Hey Fred, we dodged the ice here in South St. Louis County. Man, the video of the ice down by you folks was amazing! How's fishing by you. I just came back from Taneycomo and did ok, nothing to write home about. Any lunkers?

We were lucky... lost power for 4 hours is all here on the west side of Missouri. I thought we were going to relive 2002 all over again when we lost power for 8 days! I am praying for mild weather while those who are still without power get things going again.

I drove through the entire area on the way to Texas last week. Unreal. Everything was literally coated, and I mean coated. Alien landscape big time.

Sheets of ice a were crashing down from light poles and the like. It actually was dangerous out there just from that.
