Start work at the sawmill on Monday, then it's editing MMIII at night and hunting/filming on the weekends. Far and away my favorite time of year. Fishing a west-central Minnesota lake tomorrow. I'm hoping it's the day of my 15 minutes of fame, or at least to break the 50" mark. Apparently while I've been working, the big ones have been biting. I'll post pictures if I get lucky. | |||

Posts: 2865 Location: Brookfield, WI | After four weeks and 18 lost pounds of low carbing, it's time for a treat. Heading down to the City of Big Shoulders with the Wife, Daughter, and BBQ Shawn for some treats. First lunch at..... Hot Doug's The Sausage Supertstore and Encased Meat Emporium. mmmm....wild game and gourmet sausages and duck fat fries. then... Myopic Books, a large used book store. then.... A children's film festival. then dinner at..... La Brasas Roja. mmmm.... rotisserie Columbian chicken, Rib Eye Steaks, and fried plantains. It ain't fishin', but it ain't bad. Pics to follow.
