I lost some power this weekend during the tournament on my 250. It was running fine when I parked it but when I started it up in the morning it seemed to be running rough. I had enough power to run almost full speed when I took off in the morning. When I slowed down is when I lost power and never got it back. I could get the boat out of the hole but it would only run 39 mph when it normally runs 55.

I did not have time to look at the plugs but I plan to change them out.

Anybody else have the same problem?

i had one problem with a 200 hpdi after loading up trolling. i don't do it much at all, but the motor doesn't like to troll of course ... being from sconnie i don't do it much or at all but when or if i run at low speed the motor loads up ... not sure if it relates. new plugs for me and all was back to normal.

Couple of things I have seen are fouled plug, fouled 02 sensor, plugged fuel filter (there at least 3) and bad fuel pump diaphrams. Should have dealer check if there are any open service bulletins on motor also, there maybe a couple that could apply.

I appreciate the suggestion. Motor has been awesome.
