Guys,
How do the mercer creeks compare to the old Dickie Gries strikers?? I have a couple old strikers but was thinking of adding a few. I know the strikers are gone now.

I guess you'd have to give one a try to see for yourself but my opinion is that they work and react darn near the same. Smitty does a nice job on those Mercer Creeks and I really like some of his paint schemes. Sucker is a real winner pattern.

I have both and the Mercer Creek is heavier bait. I think it sinks, but I haven't thrown it since last year.
