It's a hi res helmet camera, and a 160 gig hard drive. I can record as long as the batteries hold out, and I have lots of those.

I had a decent night as well on Pelican, 43"er out of some rocks. Smashed a topwater. Give me a call if you have some free time, saw a couple I want to get back after out there.

Steve, is there a website that sells the (brand?) you use? We have been doing some experimenting ourselves. Appreciate it!

Canon makes some great digital camcorders at a fair price for anyone looking into them.

The problem with a camcorder is the limited recording and battery time; I used our canon GL1 for ice video last year. This will record a full day, no problem, and still have storage left. Norm, I'll have a couple evenings next week for sure!
