Has anyone done well on this bait??? I hadn't thrown it much at all this year, then after experimenting with it last Friday night on Whitefish Bay I had action from at least 5 fish all over 40" in less then 2 hours....wondering whether anyone else has done well or this was just one of those lakes/night where that is what they wanted.....

Can anyone add what the differece is between the shallow and deep versions as apposed to the Dawg, I have yet to pick any of these up yet and am wondering what applications and what suzys work where????Im probably going to purchase a couple, but am curious if there is one model that shines in all conditions?

I can tell you mine was weighted and I was working it deeper to cover the edges of deeper cabbage...but it was even working in the rocks, bringing up multiple fish that did not come up on my partners baits which they had seen first

Doesnt the shallow verion have the hole in the fin?
I discovered today that burning the Suzy Sucker just below the surface worked very well for our pikes here.

Waterdemon is correct, the deep version has the hole in the fin. Opposite from what you see on the shallow version of the bulldawg. Great baits. I've been hearing a bunch of reports of some great action on them.

what do you guys think of the big ones? i think theyre the 13" or some thing. the big suzy. thinking of picking up one or two for use instead of a pounder.
