| I don't know if any of you watched "Fishing With Joe Bucher" on The Outdoors Channel", but they bumped his show from the Monday Night Fishing Segment to Saturdays and apparently combined it with his hunting show. I emailed him from his website and got this response:
"Thanks for asking. Would you believe that the OC didn't even offer it (Monday nite) to us for the next run? They offered us a saturday at 5 pm or a Sunday at a lesser time. We took the saturday at 5 pm. If you'd like to voice your opinion with the powers at the Outdoor Channel, the guy who is in charge of programming, and the one who made the switch on us is -- Wade Sherman. You need to write him as well as his boss, Andy Dale. Thanks for writing. Best of luck on the water this upcoming season.

Personally, I enjoy his show quite a bit and it beats the h*ll out of watching some nimrods chase mackerel down in Florida. I encourage you to email T.O.C. at [email protected] and let them know. |

| Dang it, thats the only reason I ever watched monday night fishing... He had great smalley and walleye segments also so It might hurt there viewers.. [::)] |

| I dont even get the Outdoor channel, looks like my local cable network in Milwaukee could care less.
Fishing and Hunting shows are getting real bad spots now days, even TNN does not carry much at all anymore. I remember when I wanted to watch Bob M, I had to wake up at 5:30am on Sunday morning to catch his show...now thats a bad time slot.[;)]
Joe has a good show, I wish the media would let fishing shows be apart of prime time. |
