Anyone have any experience with this bait? Good or bad.
I'm trying to decide between this bait and Dahlberg's new WideGlide.
Thanks.

Love em! Built like tanks and move like a dancer. The good dancers that is . Jed does a great job on the paint and clear coats too.

Yes, to this.

Except I've not been able to find any Turmoil-X gliders...  is Jed still making them?

Turmoil-x gliders rock. Haven't tried the wide glide but i am sure it's going to be a good 1. Jed been making a few of them. Just had a foil turmoil-x on ebay and some of his other gliders and swimbaits.

Pretty sure Thorne Bros has a bunch. That's where I got mine.

Did you shop at their location?   I just checked their online site and didn't see them...

I have been building the turmoilx as my time allows but they sell almost immediately. They are extremely easy to work, great glide, but they aren't the best lure for fishing deep water. If you want a glider that stays deep I would suggest you try the resin glider I build with the lexan tail..........it stays very deep and still has a huge glide.

Here is a video of the turmoilx: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KLIM77EyMnA

I appreciate the kind words.

Thorne Bros usually has a bunch more than what is on their website. You have to call and ask on some of the custom baits like Jed's. Their big Spring Sale is Friday thru Sunday, so if you want one, you might want to call them before that.

Oops...the one I bought at Thorne Bros. was a Bitten Warlock. Sorry for the confusion, now you have three gliders to buy.
