Well it happened last night at about 10:40pm, I caught my fist fish on a cowgirl. But it wasn't a musky, it was a 19" largemouth and had me going for a bit until it jumped. Just wondering what kind of unplanned fish people have caught on cowgirls or other baits while muskie fishing.

I have caught 3 or 4 bass on a bucher 770 series spinner and another 5 or 6 on topraiders this year. I have also caught bass on jackpot's.

My buddy JW popped a 41inch Pike on a CG last week. Just as I set the hook on a low 40inch Musky, he said I got one too!! We didn't realize it was a pike until we got it in the net. LOL! Pretty cool though!

just wrapped up a trip on Mill Lacs and the smallies and walleyes were wide open on our big musky lures. As was mentioned, the smallies sure liked the double 10's. Always like the 'bonus' fish.

Not caught on a cowgirl, but if weren't for "other species", I wouldn't be catching anything at all. A nice 19" LM engulfed my baby depthraider, and then there was this giant.....
