Fish any or all mid lake reefs or rock. If you see emergent or submergent rock regardless of how far in the middle of know where it might be, fish it! Fish will be primarily on rocks when your there. The island complexes adjacent to deep water (travel routes marked on map) or first piece of structure adjacent to the deep water are also good spots. Fish all the buoys and day markers! Fish the wind blown sides of main lake islands or rock shorelines being swept by the wind. Buck tails and top water will do well but if the fish don’t show themselves on top of the reefs, throw some crank baits to cover the deeper areas of the reefs.

Where are you going to be staying?
