this company has great service i bought a 6" jake in frog pattern took it out and had like 5 casts on it and the lip came off of it so i wrote the company and told them this is BS and i should get a replacement. they said ok, send it in and they will send me a new one. that was great i was happy at least i wasnt out any money.got it today and to my surprize there it was a 6" jake.next to it in the package there was a 7" trouble bucktail nice surprize. The reason in the comment box was. "We have included a bucktail for your troubles. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience". just wanted to let people know. it is nice there are places still like this that will take care of you, and realize that it is a pain in the a$$ to buy a new lure and have it break right away. then have to put up with companys that all they want is to sell you the product then move on and not take care of customers that could hurt there repeat buisness. ok, well very satisfied with there customer service just wanted to let people know.

I had a back section on a Super Believer come off. I sent it in and did not hear from them in over a month. So I emailed them and I got a response the very next day and she told me it was on her desk and will go out in the mail late this week or next. I got it the following week and a blk/silv bucktail to boot.

Good company.

Drifter is a great company with awesome customer service!!There are a few new companys out there that the customer service sucks the big one.I will not name these companys but drifter is awesome in my opinion.

A few years ago my brother and i sent in all of our leaky jakes. To our surprise they send us all new baits plus a super believer to boot! Of course being the younger brother, he assumed the new bait was his... older brothers, sheesh.

Top notch customer service for sure. Other big name companies have told me their product specialist will have to take a look. They were trying to tell me that hook rash that wore through the bait after 30 min of trolling (the bait was taking on water) might be due to operator error. That company is not on my good side.
