Any place in the The Warroad MN area thats sells Canadian fishing Licenses, Or do I have to wait until I cross into Canada?

Location: Grand Rapids MN

Just a few miles on the other side of the border is a little town called Sprague. You can get a licence at the gas station there for either Ontario or Manitoba. If you plan on crossing there that's what I would do. It's easy and quick there.
