you should list your question under section --- Basement Baits and Custom Lure Painting

I believe you are looking for tinsel or flashabou. I think cowgirls are made using a larger thickness than normal, but smaller than saltwater thickness. Lot's of sources on the internet.

I'm sure someone in the basement will be able to help. You may want to do a search too.

Cabelas, Stamina, Sportsman Warehouse & many more carry Flashabou. Check http://www.mooreslures.com/ they should have all the parts you need.
