Each one different, yet the same. They all capture the essence of the Gill, and all have that Tigger Touch!

Very Nice Work,

Been watching your other baits on eBay! You are doing very well on those!!!! Just my opinion but, you will get a lot more for those in late fall and winter. I ahve been tracking eBay sales for a while and fishing season of course kills sales. Average # of baits on eBay under "muskie lures" in winter is about 600-700 and in summer the number falls to about 200-300.

Love watching your baits !!! Keep it up. The more quality baits that go on eBay the better people will realize it IS a great place to go get high quality stuff vs 2-4 years ago when just used beat up crap was put on My used old crap included

Thanks James, I have rating of 10! LOL I thought I would try the market there. It is stressful though! All that last minute bidding. I have never been on ebay until only about two months ago. I like to watch all the different baits. I was a wreck posting my first one! LOL I can see it can good to see what they might be worth. You think one thing but the people tell you different. In good ways and bad.
I have been watching your baits also. You have some very very nice ones! Keep it up my friend.

Mine took a while before they got a good average price. I have a LOT of people who buy one and a month later are bidding/buying 2-5 at a time. Once people hold a bait they will either come back and buy and pay more or never come back again. you just hope they come back Also, once you sell a few adn tehy show it off to friends then you get those people coming in and buying. I think your baits will go much better, faster, and for a higher price than mine do. you have some fantastic baits. Let me knwo when you put the above ones on. I plan on bidding on a few to see if I can snag one for my trip to Canada coming up.
Thanks,
James

PS-What is your eBay name? I wanted to add you to my favorite sellers list.

James,
One tip for ebay is just do a search for "muskie" instead of "musky lures." I just did a test and I get around 270 results for muskie lures and 560 for just musky. There are a lot of auctions on there that are muskie lures but they don't put the word lures in the title.

k-bob,

I realize that but, with just muskie you get all the rods, tackle, decoys, etc. BUT if you look up "musky" you do get some interesting womens wear... YIKES! This is just a test for me anyway to see how the eBay "market" is going in general. I do what most do on eBay and that is load up the title with as many keywords as possible.

On that note, you can get soem great deals on eBay by searching lure names as many that sell have no clue how to keyword their auctions. I got a brand new 9 inch Grandma a year ago for $0.01 plus $4 shipping. LOL on that one. They just ahd "Grandma lure" in the title. ggggggg

I found that out with the key words on the first batch for there. I didn't have them listed just right. I had many helpful people link me with suggestions. Like the musky/muskie thing. Also the key word like the name. "Snows" I feel funny about putting My full selling name on here. I will pm you with it James. The ebay can be a great tool. I just sit here and think sometimes at the money those people are making.
James all those gills are long gone 2 weeks ago. Thanks for asking.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. This lure thing sure gets addictive. I keep thinking of giving it a break for the summer then I get some new ideas and then back to the basement. LOL Could this be called an illness? LOL

You can search just in the lures category. Here is the link Ebay Lures. There are currently 11311 items to look though

By the way the best deal I ever got was a lure for one penny.....including free international shipping
