Posts: 227 Location: New Brighton, MN | Does anyone know where I can find a replacement cover for my old outboard? (1982 Evinrude 75hp) The existing cover is really beat up, and deserves a face lift.

Posts: 166 Location: Gurnee, Illinois | Keep an eye on Ebay, I do see cowling's on there pretty often. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Johnson-Evinrude-70HP-Cowling-Hood_W... I searched under "Evinrude cowling", but try Johnson as well. There are probably a few years and a couple different HP motors that use the same size cowling. You could always repair and repaint as well, and may be able to get decals from your dealer. ![]() Edited by Moss back 4/4/2007 12:15 PM

Posts: 227 Location: New Brighton, MN | Interesting idea! Not sure how I would feel driving around with a flourescent motor, but it's a cool thought. I'll try to think of an interesting pattern. Where are you located?
