When are you going? I have a portable humminbird. Its already going to Canada with another friend for a week this season. Your welcome to borrow it if there's no schedule conflict and you dont end up buying one. Its nothing fancy. Definitely not top of the line but its been on many remote trips and serves us fairly well.

By the way are you fishing the FRV Challenge on the Chain April 21st? I had a boater lined up but his kids soccer scheduled a tournament that weekend so he had to back out. If you are interested in going I would love to join you.
