My good buddy Glenn invited me along in the open spot with Gregg Thomas this past Monday on Green River. It was a tad chilly by KY standards but warming quickly this time of year. We had a blast and I had my first 3-fish day. No monsters but who can complain?! Gregg got 1 and my generous buddy took one for the team with a goose egg.

Gregg, I left the busted Squirko in your boat

Great lookin fish! I was very impressed with that lake when we hired Gregg a couple years ago. Did he transport those fish across the lake and out from the "Pay Lakes" like he did with us?

50,

Gregg did a great job. Glenn has fished with him many times, but was my first trip with him. I've fished Green River quite a bit but still learned some new spots. However, the ones in the picture were not among them I guess I shoulda Photoshopped the background to delete it! All the fish were caught casting. We trolled quite a bit also but no luck there.

Good job sputterbug!

Looks to me like you took three pictures in one spot while the boat was turning. LOL

Seriously you can have multiple fish days like that when green turns on.

Haha, Bruce!

Good idea for next time though.

But deformed gill plate on #1, spots on #2, and clear/silver in #3. Long shadows in that 3rd picture too, eh?

I will say the first two should not be hard to find. They may have forgotten their trip to the mothership by now, or are in denial.
