Location: Iowa | Has anyone seen the new predator up close? If you love tillers, it looks like a musky fishing dream machine. You got to love that big live well right in the middle of boat.
The only thing I would like see is that more boat manufactures try to design longer rod lockers in some of these boats. It seems like in most center rod locker only go out to 7'.
It's good to see lund is trying to cater to the esox market.

Location: Stevens Point, WI | Yeah, this boat looks really nice. The 2010 Predator is the sister boat of the 2010 Pro Guide that came out two years ago now. The Predator just offers a better elevated deck and that center 60 inch livewell. The Predator is just really hitting the market this spring so it's still pretty limited if I remember right from what I was told from the Lund rep late last summer.
However, most good size boats have been accomodating the longer rods for awhile now. Most larger size boats you can get an 8 footer in and some even 8'6. Just have to look at the right boats. |

Location: Otsego, MN | Sat in one at the boat show here in Minneapolis, it was really nice. It was rigged with a bow mount, vantage, and a 175XS for a price that I think was unbeatable for a 20 foot tiller. The rod lockers are the one draw back, if that matters to you. |

| I spoke with a guy from lund (actual works in the plant not a sales guy) He said they are making a console version of the predator. That should be an awesome boat. |
